Starting day 3

Good night's rest and prepping for day 3.  Off to lube the bike....rain and chains are not a great combination.

Route reset last night to avoid a9.  Jon could have shaken hands with a lorry driver as he thundered past at 70mph yesterday so we've minimised that exposure.

Lunch is planned for a farm shop in bridge of earn, just the other side of 60 mile mark.

Weather looking okay with some showers forecast.  Gusty wind should be across us rather than into us.

About to eat porridge and full cooked breakfast.  We may be rewriting the nutritional manuals at the end of this.
