Off to england

Not getting much luck with internet connections so another phone post.

Carlisle today with big moment as we cross border.  Can't remember route but recall a slightly hilly day ahead.

We had a great moment yesterday as we crossed the forth road bridge.  I'll try and post a photo.

Aerobically I've been fine each day. Legs are tight and sore at times but better than I was expecting.  Sudocrem is doing a reasonable job on pressure points!

We head south for most of the day.  Weather forecast for rain...not a big deal as waterproof and overshoes working well.
